Denim redefined: EcoMorph 3.0
Our new EcoMorph 3.0 denim collection has dropped. But how is our EcoMorph 3.0 denim redefining denim jeans? 👖
Sustainable active denim for all.
First off, let's talk about what EcoMorph denim is all about
The goal of our EcoMorph denim is 1: To be a super sustainable and considered denim option, and 2: to be a high performance fabric capable of morphing and moving with your body, rather than restricting you, thus enhancing your life! 💪
How we acheive the Eco: 🌿
- We use GOTS certified organic cotton, so zero synthetic pesticides and no water contamination local to crop growing.
- We reduce energy consumption and waste by using technologically advanced automated machinery for efficiency and accuracy in the sewing processes
- We use sustainable solar power energy 🌞 at the production facility
- There is zero stone/no pumice or bleach used, and no PP spray (Potassium Permanganate) used either. For our dye-removal process, NOVO DENIFADE BE 700 is our replacement for the PP spray... This magic formula is made from natural clay and works in a dry process, meaning it gets your jeans perfectly faded without using toxic chemicals - told you our jeans were high tech!
- We reducing our water consumption by using a special 'waterless washing' technique (see below for more details) 💧
- The water that is used in the dye processes is either used back in the factory building as toilet waste water, or it's stored under the factory's courtyard to be used immediately in the event of a fire, for the health and safety of the garment workers.
How we achieve the Morph: 🤸♀️
- Our jeans have 4 way stretch - this means your own body will restrict you before our jeans... no seriously we mean that! 4 different directions of stretch mean they move with you and morph to your shape.
- The Organic Cotton yarn is 'wrapped' with a small amount of Lyrca which is then woven into both the warp and weft (length and width) of the denim fabric to give it that insane amount of 4-way performance stretch. ↔ ↕
- From a tailoring perspective, we add specific details like knee darts and pleats for added room (for lunges and high legs) as well as bias (diagonally) cut panels, like our signature diamond crotch to give that extra extension without needing extra material and without putting unnecessary strain on one part of the garment. This is essential for the longevity of the garment too.

So what's the difference with EcoMorph 3.0?
Don't get us wrong, we love both of our EcoMorph children, dispite both having an absolutely outstanding amount of 4-way stretch, they're both unique with these small differences:
-
- 3.0 is a burley 96% Organic cotton 💪, 4% Elastane (so a larger percentage natural fibre than 2.0). The fabric mill that produces it in Bangladesh. Waterless washing processes used as well as NOVO DENI FADE BE 700 - Eco PP alternative
- 2.0 is technical 80% Organic Cotton 🧠, 16.5% Recycled polyester, 3.5% Recycled Elastane (so more moisture regulating synthetic fibre content than 3.0). The fabric mill that produces it in Pakistan. Jeanologia 5.Zero and Rainforest washing green technology used
The secret of our THERMOBALLS!
Yep, we’re talking about balls 😉 Not just any balls—thermoballs. The unsung heroes behind our EcoMorph Denim black retro colour wash! These little guys are little squidgy balls that roll around in the drum during the waterless washing process like champs, spreading the eco-magic all over your jeans, without wasting a tonne of water 💦
Youre standard jeans guzzle water like there’s no tomorrow. It takes 7,000 litres of water just to make ONE pair. A big chunk of this during the dying and end washing process.
But not our EcoMorph 'waterless washed' jeans, we're only using HALF A LITRE of water per 100 pairs of jeans for the final colour wash, that's a massive water saving.💦
We’ve ditched the wasteful washing process and brought in some waterless wizardry. Our secret sauce? NOVO DENI FADE BE 700 (try saying that five times fast). This magic formula is made from natural clay and works in a dry process, meaning it gets your jeans perfectly faded without useing loads of water like most processes.
Oh, and this process cuts down on energy use by 60% Sustainability comin' out your ears, mate! 👂
So, the next time you slide into a pair of our EcoMorph jeans, remember: it’s not just any denim—it’s denim made with balls in steel (well, reusable thermoballs... but you get the idea 😉).
In short, your new EcoMorph jeans are a BIG win for the environment. So, go ahead—rock ‘em hard, and feel good knowing they’re just as tough on sustainability as they are on adventure🤘🌿
This is Mr Asad, the proud inventor of this 'WATERLESS WASHING' machine, he's one clever dye-master who loves technology, and the factory's reigning badminton champion, fact!

Thermoballs can be used up to 100 times before they completely dissapear! POOF! Wait, What? they disappear?? I know, I had loads of questions about this sorcery too.
So, what are thermoballs? Well they look and feel like polystyrene, we'll show you:
Why wait around?
We love our EcoMorph denim - and so do most people that give it a go. It's very much a see it to believe it type deal.
If you want a pair of jeans that are suitable for nights out and action escapades, we'd highly recommend getting to our new EcoMorph 3.0 collection before they're all sold out
