Say hello to our first ever seamless leggings: Salma 😍

We've been hard at work designing and creating our first ever seamless leggings - and we're SOOO excited they're here! 😃

But why seamless? What are the advantages? We're here to help answer those questions!

They are what they say on the tin! Leggings that are made with minimal or no seams! Seamless leggings are created in a totally different way to normal leggings.

Instead of garment patterns being cut out of fabric and sewn together, seamless leggings use circular knitting machinery to knit the yarn into a tubular shape.

This minimises the need for seams and results in a beautiful, clean look.

There are many great benefits to our Salma leggings, and not just to the end wearer!

Added comfort, flattering contours, an increased performance fit and production waste are just some of the advantages to seamless leggings!

In some cases, standard leggings can cause discomfort in high friction or movement areas thanks to the seams which are critical for construction.

As our Salma leggings minimise the need for seams, these movement & high friction areas just have smooth, stretchy fabric instead! ✨

We've also designed Salma with a wide, supportive waistband which helps provide a comfortable secure fit - no hoisting and readjusting needed.

And of course, we've used a super stretchy, malleable yarn not only to help provide a second-skin fit, but also to allow you a complete range of movement - so squat, stretch and stride to your heart's content! ❤️

We’ve opted for recycled synthetic yarn so you can wear Salma for more high intensity exercise and activities, like spin classes, running, pilates and anything else that makes you break a sweat! 🥵

Our Salma provides a gorgeous flattering look to help you conquer life with confidence.

Of course, with the Salma being seamless there's no awkward seam on the front 🤩 to minimise any digging in or discomfort!

Just like all of our other wonderful products - we’ve made sure Salma is as low impact & environmentally friendly as possible!

The process of creating seamless leggings helps with this mission - as the yarn is knitted directly into the shape of the leggings instead of cut from a fabric.

This means there isn't any dead space in what we call a lay plan - where the fabric is laid out and the pattern pieces are cut out.

It’s like cutting a heart shape out of your sandwich and being left with all the crust and scraps. Dead space = crusts & scraps.

But we didn't stop there - we've made our Salma using 95% recycled fibre(the other 5% is elastane for streeeetch) so our Salma can be even greener than if we were to use Virgin fibre!🌿 Specifically we’ve chosen to use recycled nylon fibremade from post consumer plastic & waste!
