Please take a good look at our size chart and  how to measure guide for your item before you order to ensure your clothing items will fit you well. Returns and exchanges cost money and harm the environment with CO2 in transportation, so we want to avoid them whenever we can.

If you have any questions regarding sizes before ordering, contact us directly and we will do our best to assist before purchasing.

WHERE ARE YOU RETURNING YOUR ORDER FROM?

RETURN POLICY

100 DAY RETURNS

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. So if you don’t love it as much as you’d hoped, you can return your items to us within 100 days from the date of your order for a refund.

Products must be in their original condition, unused and unworn. Returned items should be:

  • In their original condition & packaging with tags attached
  • Items must be free from any defined odour (food smells, cigarettes, perfume, deodorant etc.)
  • Items must be free from any marks and stains (food stains, makeup marks, deodorant and fake tan)
  • Faulty items can be returned at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • 3RD ROCK is not responsible for any items bought through our stockists. Please contact the stockist's customer service team directly for issues on returns / exchanges / faults.

 

We take health, safety and hygiene very seriously, as a result of this certain items are not eligible for return. These include:

  • Underwear pants & Socks unless the item is faulty
  • Swimwear bottoms where any hygiene strips are damaged or removed
  • Face and mask coverings

If you choose to send your item back to us, we recommend using registered mail to return items, as 3RD ROCK is not liable for any items lost in the post.

Refunds

  • If you simply want to exchange your item, read our exchange policy below.
  • Once your item has arrived with us, it can take up to 10 working days to process your return. Once processed, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
  • When your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied via original method of payment. It generally takes 3-5 days for the funds to return to you, but may take longer depending on your bank.
  • Bundle returns will be refunded pro rata
  • Returns on orders that were eligible for multi-buy discounts may lose the multi-buy discount bonus if the return invalidates the eligibility of multi-buy discount. The refund will be issued pro rata to reflect the pre multi-buy discount total.
  • Refunds on BOGOF promotions require both items to be returned to be eligible for a refund
  • Purchases made using a gift card will always be refunded to the gift card, any outstanding balance will be refunded via original method of payment

Exchanges

We also offer an exchange option. Simply start the return process and choose your desired exchange item. Please note exchanges are only possible for a different size or colour of the same item. Please also note that we do not reserve the item whilst we wait for your item to be returned to our warehouse and it may be out of stock by the time we process your return.

Return Shipping

  • For the UK/US/EU you can use the provided returns label to send your goods back to us. We will deduct £4.50/$15/€11 from your refund to cover this shipping cost if you choose to use our label.
  • Returns labels are generated at the completion of a returns form and you can choose to either print it yourself or have a collection point print it for you. These options are available when you process your return.
  • Returns labels are provided through Swap and we can only offer free labels when using this service
  • The label must be used within 30 days of generating it. After that period the customer will be responsible for shipping their return through their own chosen courier as we are unable to generate a new one label again for the same order.
  • You can also choose to return items to us using a shipping method of your own choosing, but you will be responsible for the cost involved
  • We do not currently generate return labels for shipments outside of the UK or USA. Customers are responsible for the returns shipping fees including Duty/VAT/Customs fees
  • 3RD ROCK is not liable for any returns lost in transit
