HOW DOES IT WORK?
- You can return items to us using a shipping method of your own choosing, but you will be responsible for the cost involved
- We do not currently generate return labels for International shipments. Customers are responsible for the returns shipping fees including Duty/VAT/Customs fees both in your own country and any fees that may be incurred on arrival in the UK
- 3RD ROCK is not liable for any returns lost in transit
All returned items will be refunded once they have been received at our warehouse.
